Join our cruise along the waterways of Holland and prepare to be in awe of the world’s most beautiful spring gardens at Keukenhof, where more than seven million flowers burst into life. The landscape is immaculate with shimmering lakes, mature trees and wonderful works of art set among a sea of vibrant colour – it’s simply breathtaking and our included excursion gives you plenty of time to enjoy everything. We end our cruise in Amsterdam, where you can enjoy the sights and sounds of this laid-back capital and discover a fascinating world of canals and diamonds.
Day 1: UK – Nijmegen
We travel to Nijmegen, which nestles on the Waal river in the Netherlands, and settle aboard our ship.
Day 2: Nijmegen – Dordrecht
Spend the morning relaxing onboard as we cruise along Dutch waterways in the Rhine delta. Around midday we arrive in the city of Dordrecht, whose beautifully preserved centre is filled will ancient buildings that huddle along a web of canals and harbours, you are free to explore at your own pace.
Day 3: Dordrecht – Rotterdam – Schoonhoven
We leave Dordrecht in the morning and continue along Dutch waterways to reach Rotterdam. From here our included excursion takes you to Keukenhof Gardens, where you have plenty of time to explore the 32-hectare site and enjoy the swathes of flowers, themed pavilions and wonderful atmosphere that surrounds this world-class event. We return to our ship in the ‘silver city’ of Schoonhoven, named after the silver trade that has taken place here since the 17th century, and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure.
Day 4: Schoonhoven – Amsterdam
Enjoy another leisurely morning as we cruise along the Lek river and the Amsterdam-Rhine canal, before arriving in the fascinating city of Amsterdam. You are free to explore, then after dinner you can enjoy an optional candlelit canal cruise while enjoying cheese and wine.
Day 5: Amsterdam – UK
We bid farewell to our captain and crew after breakfast and set off on the return journey.

Travel at your own pace, in the comfort of your own vehicle and stay overnight at Dover or Ashford, in accommodation close to the port of departure and be collected/returned by our coach. Prices start from £55 per night on a bed and breakfast basis and include parking for one vehicle for the duration of your cruise. Enjoy the benefits of rail travel – boarding at London St Pancras International, you will be whisked effortlessly along by Eurostar whilst relaxing in your reserved seat. You have the freedom to stretch your legs whenever the mood takes you and purchase drinks and snacks from the buffet carriage.
